Here's a quick recipe for pizza dough for our first official entry!

Ingredients you'll need:

⅓ cup WARM water (hot water kills the yeast)

2 tbsp sugar

½ a 7g sachet of yeast

2 tbsp oil

Salt

1 cup flour

Mix your sugar and yeast into the warm water. Allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, add in your oil and start gradually adding in the flour. You can add the flour in spoonfuls and stir it in to create a slowly thickening mixture. Add salt when you've added about half your flour. We don't want to disturb tbe yeast with the salt directly. Once your dough is thick enough, start kneading it with your hand and add more dough as needed. When the dough is ready, it ahould apring back slightly when you poke it, and be soft but not very sticky. If your dough is too dry, knead in more oil.

Now cover it for 40min to an hour, and then deflate the dough gently before you divide it and roll it out. Put your toppings on and put it in the oven! I put mine in for about 15 minutes at 200C.
